Governors close hair salons, barber shops, spas and more.

The beauty industry is out-of-bounds in New Jersey and New York after Governor Phil Murphy and Governor Andrew Cuomo ordered the closing of all non-essential businesses. They include barbershops, hair salons, nail and eyelash salons, spas, tattoo parlors and social clubs.
